The Role

We're looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented AI-Powered Scent Specialist to join our growing team. You'll be the bridge between our AI's data-driven insights and the tangible world of scent. Your main responsibility will be to use our proprietary AI platform to design, refine, and produce new scent profiles. You'll work closely with our data scientists, engineers, and marketers to bring the next generation of personalized fragrances to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize our AI platform to interpret complex data on scent preferences, emotional responses, and consumer trends.

• Translate AI-generated scent profiles into tangible fragrance formulas, working with raw materials to create unique scents.

• Conduct extensive testing and iteration on new formulas to ensure quality, stability, and emotional resonance.

• Collaborate with the engineering team to provide feedback and suggestions for improving the AI's scent-generation capabilities.

• Present new scent concepts and finished products to internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends in perfumery, chemistry, and AI.

Who We're Looking For

• Experience in perfumery, chemistry, or a related field. You should have a deep understanding of fragrance creation, from raw materials to final product.

• A strong interest in and understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning. While you don't need to be a data scientist, you should be comfortable working with technology and data.

• Exceptional creativity and a keen sense of smell. You have an innate ability to imagine and create new scent combinations.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset. You can troubleshoot issues with formulas and refine them for perfection.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills. You can articulate complex ideas clearly and work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
